Directions: 

1. Place unfolded pad on the floor with the non-woven side up and plastic side down. 

    Choose an area easily available for your pet, but away from sleeping and eating locations.

2. Place pet on or near pad so they can smell the scent. 

3. Discard soiled pads and replace. 

Tips for Training:

• It is important to keep pad in same place so pet will learn where to go. 
• When your pet uses pad correctly, be sure to reward them. 
• If pet relieves themselves at a different location, quickly bring pet to pad. Repeat until pet learns to use pad automatically. 
• Once pet learns to use pad, move to outdoors to teach them to go ourside. As pet uses outdoors, start to fold smaller and smaller until pad is not needed.

A:  The goods will be delivered in around 25-35days after deposit payment received and artwork confirmed.

Q5:  Where is the port of loading?
A:  Any port of China is available. Shanghai or Ningbo are much better.

Q6:  What is your Payment Terms?
A:  T/T, 30% in deposit, the balance paid against the copy of BOL.

Q7:  How can I get Samples?
A:  Free samples are available for ready stocks; you have 3 options asking for samples.
     (1) Tell us your express A/C like FedEx, DHL, which can pay freight,
     (2) Send your courier to pick up samples at our office,
     (3) Pay us express freight fee.
